摘要
目的对患者主动参与护理安全管理的重要性进行研究分析.方法：对本院2012 年实施患者主动参与护理安全管理后,与2011 年未实施患者主动参与护理安全的护理不良情况、用药不良情况与护理投诉情况对比,分析对比情况.结果：2012 年实施患者主动参与护理安全管理之后的护理不良情况、用药不良情况与护理投诉情况明显比没有实施患者主动参与护理安全管理的2011 年护理不良情况、用药不良情况与护理投诉情况的发生率少,差异明显具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：鼓励患者主动参与到护理安全管理中能够有效得一高护理的质量,值得临床广泛推广.

Methods： our hospital in 2012 after the implementationof the active participation of patient care and safety management, in 2011 did not implement the active participation of patient care and safety of nursing adverse situation, drug adversesituation and nursing complaints contrast, contrast analysis. Results： 2012 patients with active participation in nursing safety management after the bad situation, drug adverse situationand nursing complaints significantly better than no implementation of the active participation of patient care and safety management of nursing adverse circumstances in 2011, theincidence of drug adverse situation and nursing complaints, less significant difference statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： encourage patients to actively participate innursing safety management can effectively care of high quality, worth clinical popularizing widely.
