摘要
目的探讨妇产科病的中医药治疗方法.方法：对我院2012 年2 月至2013 年1 月收治的妇产科病子宫内膜异位症患者临床治疗病例进行抽样,将40 例子宫内膜异位症患者病例按照抽签法随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组20 例.对照组采用达那唑治疗,观察组采用中医辨证治疗法治疗.观察两组患者疗效.结果：两组子宫内膜异位症患者经过治疗之后,对照组治疗总有效率为75.00%;观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%.两组子宫内膜异位症患者临床治疗效果具有显著差异性,具备统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：从中医辨证治疗的角度对妇产科病子宫内膜异位症进行对症治疗,疗效显著,不会抑制产妇正常排卵,符合现阶段患者对于生育的需求,值得进行临床推广应用.
Objective Explore the TCM treatment of obstetrics and gynecology disease. Methods In our hospital in February 2012 to January 2013, obstetrics and gynecology diseasein patients with endometriosis clinical cases of sampling, the example of 40 cases of patients with intrauterine membrane YiWeiZheng according to the draw method were randomly dividedinto control group and treatment group, 20 cases in each group.The control group treated by Dan the azole, observation group with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicinetherapy treatment.Observe two groups of patients with curative effect. Consequence Endometriosis patients after treatment in both groups, control group total effective rate was75.00%;Observation treatment group total effective rate was 95.00%.Two groups of patients with endometriosis clinical treatment effect has significant differences, with statisticalsignificance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion From the Angle of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of endometriosis is symptomatic treatment of obstetrics andgynecology disease, curative effect is distinct, not inhibit maternal normal ovulation, conform to the present stage patients demand for fertility, is worth for clinical application.
