摘要
目的观察肛裂患者采用中西医结合保守治疗的临床效果.方法：随机抽取我院2012 年-2013 年12 月到我院接受治疗的90 例肛裂患者作为研究对象,征求患者治疗意愿后,分成对照组与观察组,对照组给予西医治疗,观察组给予对照组的治疗之后再进行中西医结合保守治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果.结果：观察组总有效率95.6%,对照组总有效率84.4%,观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组.结论：中西医结合保守治疗肛裂效果显著,建议推广使用.
Objective To observe the effect of patients with anal fissure by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical results of conservative treatment.Methods： randomly selected in our hospital in 2012 -2013 year in December to our hospital for treatment of 90 cases of anal fissure patients as the research object, seek treatment inpatients with intention, divided into control group and observation group, control group was given western medicine treatment, the observation group was given in control group aftertreatment to combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine conservative treatment, compared two groups of patients effect of. Results： the total effective rate of observation groupis 95.6%, the comparison group total effectiveness 84.4%, the observation group treatment effect is significantly better than the control group. Conclusion： the combination oftraditional Chinese and Western medicine conservative treatment of anal fissure effect significantly, recommended.
