摘要
为了及时有效地对设备绝缘特性进行带电检测,减少停电时间保障电网安全运行,介绍了新型的测量电容性设备介质损耗与电容量的带电检测系统,采用高精度钳形电流传感器和电压隔离线圈,对电容性设备进行测量检测。仪器具有抗电磁干扰功能,同时对容性设备可以使用相对测量法和绝对测量法进行检测。试验结果证明:该测试系统对于多种条件下的的测量均能得到较好的结果。
In order to monitor the insulation characteristics of equipments effectively in time and decrease the power outage time to ensure the power grid safely, this paper introduces a new substation live inspection instrument to measure the dielectric loss and capacitance of capacitive equipments. It uses two high-precision clamp ampere transformers and a voltage isolating coil to measure capacitive equipments. It has the function of anti-electromagnetic interference ; meanwhile can detect the instruments by the relative measurement method and absolute measurement method. And the test results prove that this instrument can get a better result under many conditions.
