摘要
准确掌握差错信息对组织具有积极意义。文章在探讨差错报告的内涵及其分类的基础上,指出组织差错报告管理制度建构的重要性,认为提高员工差错报告意愿可以有效解决组织内部差错信息传递问题。文中就组织差错报告管理的实施给出了两条建议:通过完善差错报告激励机制和正确引导员工的差错归因倾向来培育积极的差错管理文化;实施差错信息管理。
An accurate control of error information has a positive impact on organizations. On the basis of discuss-ing the connotation and classification of error reporting,this paper points out that the development of error report-ing management system is necessary to organizations and the improvement of employees’ error reporting willingnesscan effectively solve error information transfer problems within organizations. The paper puts forward two suggestionson the implementation of error reporting management in organizations:The first is to improve error reporting motiva-tion mechanism and correctly guide employees’ attribution tendency to foster positive error management culture. Thesecond is that organizations need to implement error information management.
