摘要
目的观察龙血竭胶囊加紫草油治疗放射性皮炎的临床疗效.方法将72例已发生1级放射性皮炎患者随机分为2组,观察组患者36例用龙血竭胶囊加紫草油调成糊状药膏外涂皮肤反应区,并保持局部清洁,干燥,每天4次.对照组患者36例,采用一般护理方式进行临床护理,比较2组患者的临床疗效,并采用满意度测评量表评估患者的护理满意度.结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为94.44%,对照组患者的治疗有效率为69.44%,观察组未发生3级以上放射性皮肤损伤,对照组11例患者发生3级以上放射性皮肤损伤.当放疗剂量<60 Gy时,观察组放射性皮肤损伤程度显著低于对照组.2组比较存在明显差异,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经满意度评估,观察组患者的护理满意度为100%,对照组为77.78%,2组比较差异明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论采用龙血竭胶囊加紫草油对放射性皮炎有较好的疗效,方便、实用、安全.
Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Chinese Dragon＇s Blood capsule and arnebia root oil in treating radiodermatitis.Methods 72 patients with level 1 radiodermatitis were randomly divided into the observation group （n=36） and control group （n=36）.Chinese Dragon＇s Blood capsule and arnebia root oil were mixed to a paste.The mixture was applied to the skin lesion area of the patients four times a day in the observation group.After the application of the ointment,the lesion area was kept clean and dry.Another 36 patients in control group were just given routine nursing care.The clinical therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Satisfaction assessment scale was implemented to evaluated the degree of satisfaction of the patients.Results Compared with the control group,the cure rate was higher in the observation group （94.44％ vs 69.44％,P＜0.05 ）.In the observational group,there was no radioactive skin damage more than level 3,Acontrol group of 11 patients with more than 3 radioactive skin injur.when the radiation dose was under 60 Gy,the radioactive skin damage degree in observational group was obviously lower than the control group.The rate of satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （100％ vs 77.78％,P ＜0.05） Conclusions Combination of Chinese Dragon＇s Blood capsule and arnebia root oil could improve the treatment effect for radiodermatitis.It is convenient,practical and safe.
