摘要
目的探讨高血压患者围手术期的麻醉处理分析。方法选取2013年4月到2014年8月我院接诊的88例高血压患者。结果实验组患者动脉压、收缩压、心率指标明显优对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);在拔管后,实验组患者的动脉压、收缩压、心率指标明显优于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术后30 min,实验组患者的动脉压、收缩压、心率指标明显优于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高血压患者在进行手术麻醉的时候,采用全麻复合硬外膜阻滞麻醉法明显好于单纯的全麻,降低患者的疼痛,保证动脉压、收缩压、心率的稳定,值得临床推广。
Objective The anesthesia treatment in patients with hypertension during perioperative period is to be analyzed.Methods Choose 88 patients of hypertension who are treated in hospital from April 2013 to August 2014.Results The arterial pressure,systolic blood pressure,and heart rate parameter of patients in study group are significantly superior than the patients in control group,such a differential has the statistic value（P〈0.05）;after extubation, the arterial pressure, systolic blood pressure,and heart rate parameter of patients in study group are quite superior than the patients in control group as well, such a differential has the statistic value（P〈0.05）;and after 30 minutes＇ operation, the arterial pressure,systolic blood pressure,and heart rate parameter of patients in study group are still greatly superior than the patients in control group,such a differential has the statistic value（P〈0.05）;Conclusions Applying the general anesthesia treatment combined with epidural block anesthesia to patients with hypertension in operation is better and more preferred than the use of only general anesthesia treatment,the former one can alleviate patients＇ pain,stabilize the arterial and systolic pressure and heart rate,therefore,it is quite worthwhile of being applied and promoted.
