摘要
目的:探讨食管癌患者手术后并发症的病因及防治措施。方法:回顾性分析235例食管癌切除术后不同并发症患者的临床资料,总结主要并发症及发生原因,并总结经验教训,探讨食管癌患者术后肺部并发症的防治措施。结果:本组235例食管癌患者,食管癌根治术后主要并发症发生率为21.70%(51/235),其中肺部并发症占16.17%(38/235),吻合口瘘占3.40%(8/235),乳糜胸占1.28%(3/235),脓胸占0.85%(2/235)。并发症的死亡率为0.85%(2/235)。结论:食管癌术后并发症以肺部并发症和吻合口瘘为主,且为术后并发症导致死亡的主要原因。做好术前准备,治疗术前合并疾病,严格规范手术操作,是预防并发症的主要措施。
Objective:To explore the causes and control measures of postoperative complications in esophagus carcinoma patients.Method:The clinical data of 235 esophagus carcinoma patients who showed different postoperative complications were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The incidence of the complications was 21.70%(51/235).The main complications were as follows:pulmonary complications was 16.17%(38/235),anastomotic leak was 3.40%(8/235),chylothorax was 1.28%(3/235)and empyema was 0.85%(2/235).The hospital mortality rate was 0.85%(2/235).Conclusion:The major complications following radical sugery for esophageal carcinoma are pulmonary complications and anastomotic leak. They are also the main death causes. Making a good preoperative preraration,treating the preoperative complications and standarding the operative procedure are the critical measures of preventing the complications.
