摘要
介绍了一种基于KL25单片机和场效应管组成的直流电机控制电路和相应的控制程序设计。该电路采用32位M0+单片机、CD4504电压转换芯片、编码器、IRF4905和IRF3205场效应管,通过PID算法实现了直流电机的闭环控制,具有工作电流大、控制精度高、稳定可靠和自我保护等特点,在全国Freescale智能车比赛中得到应用,效果良好。
This paper introduces the control circuit and the corresponding control program design of derect-current motor Based on KL25 Microcomputer and Field Effect Tubes composed.This circuit uses 32M0+ MCU,CD4504 voltage converter chip,encoders,IRF4905 and IRF3205 MOSFET,through the PID algorithm to achieve a closed-loop control algorithm of DC motor,with lager operating current,high control accuracy,reliable And self-protection,etc.Features in the country Freescale.Intelligent Car Competition has been applied to good effect.
