摘要
目的:优选芪术鼻喷雾剂最佳澄清工艺。方法:以毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量、总黄酮含量、澄清度为评价指标,选择最佳澄清工艺,并进行优化。结果:芪术鼻喷雾剂优选澄清工艺为:采用醇沉方法澄清处理,药液相对密度为1.05,醇沉浓度为60%,搅拌速度为300r/min。结论:优选的澄清工艺合理可行,重复性好,适用于工业化生产。
Objective:To optimize the clarification process of Qizhu nasal spray. Methods:By determining total flavons content, Calycosin separately glycosidase content and clarity to compare four different clarification process. With orthogonal test was adopted, the content of calycosin separately glycosidase and total flavons was used as the indexes to optimize the condition of clarification process. Results: Alcohol deposition method had a better clarification result. Optimum water extraction technology of Qizhu nasal spray was as follows: relative density of water extract 1. 05 g · mL^-1. Alcohol precipitation concentration 60%, stirring speed 300r ·min^-1. Conclusion: This optimized clarification process was stable and feasible,which could be extended to industrial produc- tion of Qizhu nasal sprays.
