摘要
社交障碍是一种在交往过程中所表现出的心理障碍,给患者的生活和交往带来极大困扰。最近许多研究表明,催产素在社会交往中发挥着重要的作用。文章总结了近年来关于催产素与社交障碍的研究进展,并提出催产素调节社交障碍的神经心理机制,为孤独症、社交焦虑症等社交障碍相关疾病的发病机制及临床治疗等领域提供新的研究方向。
Social anxiety disorder is a psychological disorder incurred by social interaction, which is usually expressed as anxiety, stress or fear. It usually does great harm to the quality of life of one with the disease. Recent studies showed that oxytocin play an important role in social interaction. This paper first reviews the major advances in the research concerning the relation between oxytocin and social anxiety disorders. It then explains a neuro-psychological mechanism of oxytocin in the modulation of social anxiety disorders, which might reveal a possible pathogenesis mechanism of social anxiety disorders and provide a novel clinical therapy of social anxiety disorders.
