摘要
从图书馆"适者生存"的发展轨迹,反映出图书馆的社会责任随着社会的发展而发展,随着时代的进步而进步.笔者从文献的收藏是图书馆最大的社会责任,社会职能的增加是社会责任的主动承担,乡村图书馆的空白及薄弱是现代图书馆责任的缺失等方面进行了阐述.
From the development of the library ＂survival of the fittest＂,reflects the social responsibility of the library with the development of society,with the progress of the times and progress. Documentary collection is the biggest social responsibilities of library,increase the social function is a social responsibility initiative,the blank of rural libraries and weak is the lack of modern library＇ s responsibility.
