摘要
针对一种机载电动静液作动系统(EHA),分析了在目前以两台EHA同时驱动一块舵面时,由于传感器、A/D,D/A、电机,以及制造误差等环节会有微小差别,EHA会由于位移不完全同步产生力纷争现象,力纷争对舵面结构的破坏效果极大。笔者利用作动筒两端的压力值作为解决力纷争的输入值,通过对比例环节和积分环节通过调参进行寻优处理,并运用AMESim软件进行仿真。结果表明其有效地消除了力纷争现象,能够满足现代飞机对作动系统的要求,为EHA优化设计提供参考依据。
Aiming at an airborne electro?hydrostatic actuator,the force disequilibrium phenomenon caused by sensor, AD/DA,motor,manufacturing error and incomplete synchronization of two EHAs when two EHAs drive a rudder simultaneously is analyzed. This may undermine the rudder structure greatly. The both ends of the cylinder actuation pressure values are used as input values to resolve force fight. The optimizing processing is conducted by adjusting processing parameters of proportional element and integral element with AMESim. The results show the way can eliminate the force disequilibrium phenomenon effec?tively and meet the requirements of the actuation system of modern aircrafts. It provided a reference for EHA optimization.
