摘要
为研究过负荷铜导线的引燃特性,分别选取1.5、2.5、4.0 mm2铜导线,通过不同倍数的额定电流,与木板、布料、纸箱和PVC套管接触,以导线表面温度和发烟时间作为判断导线引燃能力的依据,得出过负荷铜导线的引燃能力与导线横截面积、过负荷电流大小、导线与物体接触方式的关系。研究表明:在通过相同倍数额定电流时,2.5 mm2的铜导线的引燃能力强于1.5mm2和4.0mm2的铜导线。不同材料被引燃由易到难的顺序为棉布>木材>纸板>PVC套管。
In order to study the ignition characteristics of overload copper wire, 1. 5, 2. 5 and 4. 0 mm^2 copper wires were used in the experiment. The copper wires were contacted with the wood, cloth, cardboard boxes and PVC with different times of rated current. And the surface temperature and smoke time were the judgment basis of the ignition capability. The ignition capacity of overload copper wire effected by cross sectional area, overload current and contact form, was achieved. Results showed that with the same rated current, the ignition by 2. 5 mm^2 copper wire was easier than 1.5 mm2 and 4.0 mm^2 copper wire. The ignition of materials from easy to hard was Cotton, wood, cardboard and PVC.
