摘要
介绍了某电厂600MW超临界机组前后墙对冲锅炉低氮燃烧优化调整试验。分析了水冷壁高温腐蚀和氮氧化物产生的机理,通过对运行氧量、煤粉细度、燃烧器配风和燃尽风比例的调整,有效解决了该电厂锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀问题,同时提高了锅炉热效率,降低了氮氧化物排放量,有力的保证了锅炉的安全性、经济性和环保性。
The paper introduces an optimization and adjustment experiment of opposite swirling boiler low NOx combustion on 600MW supercritical unit in one power plant. It analyzes the mechanism? on high temperature corrosion of water wall and NOx production. By adjusting the proportion of operation oxygen content, fineness of pulverized coal, air distribution of burner, and over fire air, the paper solves the problem of high temperature corrosion of boiler water wall in the power plant effectively, and improves boiler thermal efficiency, reduces NOx emissions, guarantees boiler' s security, economy and environmental friendliness
