摘要
对塑粉挤出机给料装置料斗中的搭桥现象进行了分析,增加了拨料和立式输料装置,并对给料螺杆的连接方式重新进行设计,解决了供料不畅的问题。
Analyzed the bridging phenomenon in the hopper of feeding device of molding powder extruder, added the material stirring device and vertical feeding device, and redesigned the connecting method of feeding screw, successfully solved the problem of discontinuous feeding.
