摘要
笔者对模块化多电平换流器(MMC)的运行特点进行分析研究,推导了基于MMC的静止无功补偿器(STATCOM)的数学模型。研究表明通过控制MMC桥臂的相内电流icirj可以实现对每个桥臂内电容总能量的控制,使MMC桥臂电容电压平衡。基于此理论,文中提出了一种带相内电流抑制控制器的均压控制方法,调制策略采用改进的载波移相调制策略(carrier phase shifted SPWM,CPS-SPWM),并在此基础上设计了基于MMC模块化多电平STATCOM的整体控制方案。仿真结果表明了文中理论分析的正确性和控制策略的有效性。
The operation principal of the modular multilevel converter(MMC)is analyzed,and a mathematical model of MMC based STATCOM is deduced.Calculation reveals that the total energy stored in the capacitances in each MMC arm can be controlled by the circulating current icirj,and the capacitance in each sub-module can be balanced by the suppression of this circulating current.A voltage balancing strategy with a circulating suppression controller is design based on carrier phase-shifted SPWM.Furthermore,an overall control method for MMC based STATCOM with this voltage balancing strategy is proposed.The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed strategies are verified by simulation.
