摘要
通过对各种火焰稳定器的理论分析和实践结果,阐明了它们的性能和重要作用。一个优良的火焰稳定器不仅可使火焰更加稳定、风煤混合更加充分均匀,提高燃烧效率和喷燃管以及火砖的使用寿命;而且通过调节还可以改变火焰形状和强度,满足回转窑工况变化的要求。文章指出,对火焰稳定器设计得是否合理,是鉴别回转窑旋流式四风道煤粉燃烧器真品和赝品的一个重要标志。
By theoretical analysis and practical results of various flame stabilizer, their ped＇ormance and important role were illuminat- ed. An excellent flame stabilizer can not only make the flame more stable,make the mixing of air and coal more even, enhance the burning efficiency and prolong the service life of burner pipe and refractory, but also can change the flame profile and intensity by adjusting, which can satisfy the requirements of rotary kiln＇s changing condition. It was pointed out that reasonable design of flame stabilizer was an important symbol of genuine fnur-（;hannel pulverized coal burner, which different from counterfeit.
