摘要 此处对紧凑型-100 kV/10 kW高压大功率开关电源的设计及实现进行介绍。电源基于全桥串并联谐振和倍压整流实现升压,通过频率调制实现稳压控制;电源的高频高压变压器采用干式结构,运用磁集成技术实现了变压器与谐振电感一体化;基于小型化定制的高压硅堆及高压电容器,采用SF6气体绝缘实现倍压整流器部分的小型化;根据负载特性设计了紧凑的抗打火电路以保证电源能可靠运行。 The design and implementation of a compact -100 kV/10 kW high voltage high power switch-mode power supply is described.The power supply is steped up based on series-parallel resonant topology and high voltage multi- plying rectifier,its voltage regulation is accomplished by the frequency modulation.The leakage inductance and dis- tributed capacitance of the high frequency, high voltage dry-type transformer realizes the integration unify of transf- ormer and resonant inductance by using magnetic integration technology.Compact,customized high voltage silicon stacks and capacitors are used in the SF6 insulated multiplying rectifier to reduce the volume and weight of the high voltage part.Special attention is paid to designing the power supply to be capable of overcoming of arc of the load.
