摘要
采用ELISA检测和室内抗虫性测定方法相结合,2013年对山西省南部种植的6个转Bt基因抗虫棉花品种的不同生育期叶片Bt杀虫蛋白的表达量及对棉铃虫的抗性进行分析。结果表明,6个品种Bt杀虫蛋白的叶片表达量在苗期最高,然后从现蕾、开花、结铃直到吐絮逐渐下降。室内喂虫试验结果表明,6个品种对第2代棉铃虫达到高抗或中抗的水平,抗虫指数变幅为72.2%~95.5%;然而对第3,4代棉铃虫的抗性较低,仅为20.2%~65.2%。其中,DR3、晋棉38、晋棉50、中棉41抗性较好,而中棉43和DR5抗性较差。总之,在山西省棉区的抗虫棉品种的抗虫性存在明显的差异,建议剔除抗虫性低的品种,从而保证该地区抗虫棉花的持久种植。
By ELISA and indoor insect resistance measurement method combines, the expression of six transgenic Bt cotton planting in southern Shanxi varieties at different growth stages and leaves of Bt insecticidal proteins were resistant to bollworm analysis. The results showed that 6 expression of Bt insecticidal proteins leaf varieties were the highest in the seedling stage, and then from budding,flowering and boll period, boll opening gradually decreased. The results showed that the indoor feeding insects six varieties of second-generation cotton bollworm could achieve high or middle resistant level, insect index ranged 72.2%-95.5%; however lower for the third and fourth generation cotton bollworm resistance, only 20.2%-65.2%. Which DR3, Jinmian 38, Jinmian 50, Zhongmian 41 resistant cotton is better, but worse in Zhongmian 43 and DR5 resistant cotton. In short, cotton insect resistance of Bt cotton varieties are obvious differences in Shanxi province, we should eliminate low insect resistance species in the area to ensure long-lasting flower planting Bt cotton.
