摘要
60℃下,在95%乙醇溶液中,采用常规溶液法合成了钕(Nd)-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)-8-羟基喹啉(Hq)三元配合物,通过元素分析、紫外-可见分光光度计、摩尔电导、红外光谱和热分析手段对产物的组成性能进行了分析与表征,确定三元配合物的组成为Nd(MAA)2(Hq).此外,采用紫外吸收光谱、荧光光谱和粘度测定研究了Nd(MAA)2(Hq)与鲱鱼精DNA之间的作用机制.结果显示Nd(MAA)2(Hq)与DNA之间的作用模式为插入作用,两者之间作用的结合常数K=5.78×103 L/mol.
The ternary complex of NdCI3 ·6H20 with methacrylic acid (MAA) and 8 hydroxyquinoline (Hq) was synthesized in 95 % ethanol water by the conventional solution method at 60℃. The composition and properties of the ternary complex was analyzed and characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR, UV spectroscopy and thermal analysis, respectively. The results showed that the molecular formula of which was Nd(MAA)2 (Hq). In addition, the interaction between complex and DNA was studies by UV and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results showed that the intercalation effects existed between complex and DNA, and the binding constant K was 5.78 × 10^3 L/tool of complex with DNA.
