摘要
研究以麦芽、神曲、黄芪和万寿菊等组成的中药制剂对60周龄蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮;试验组日粮是在基础日粮中分别添加0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的中药制剂。结果表明:与对照组相比,60周龄蛋鸡日粮中添加中药制剂对蛋鸡耗料量、料蛋比、死淘率和鸡蛋破损率均无显著影响;产蛋率随中药制剂添加水平的提高而逐渐提高,添加水平为1.0%和2.0%的试验组提高显著。蛋重和蛋黄重各组间差异均不显著;添加水平为2.0%的试验组蛋黄L*降低显著,蛋黄a*和b*差异不显著。1.0%和2.0试验组养殖效益高。中药制剂较适宜的添加水平2.0%。
This study was conducted to understand the effect of Chinese herbs on the performance of laying chickens and theiregg qualities.The selected Chinese medicine was made of malt,Shen Qu (medicated leaven),astragalus and China marigold.And egg laying hens were selected from those of 60 weeks old for this research.The control group fed on corn-soybean basicdiet.Treatment groups added 0.5%,1.0%,2.0%Chinese medicines in chickens'basal diets respectively.The results showedthat:compared with the control group,there was no significant difference for laying hens fed with Chinese medicines in termsof feed intake,feed to egg ratio,mortality and egg breakage rate;Laying rate gradually increased with the growing content ofChinese medicines.Among them,the rate significantly increased when the chickens fed on their daily intakes with1.0%and 2.0%Chinese herbs added.Differences of the egg and yolk weight for all groups were not remarkable.When addition reached to2.0%,egg yolkL*value decreased significantly whilea*andb*values had no obvious changes.The economic benefit was approvedto be increased by using 1.0%and 2.0%Chinese medicines in laying hens'feed consumption.Besides,the appropriateChinese medicine adding level was 2.0%.
