摘要
减速器在机械产品中具有重要地位,仿真设计以计算机应用技术为依托,能提前验证改善设计方案,因而可以避免设计周期长、设计成本高等问题。通过应用UG8.0的虚拟装配、干涉检验与运动仿真技术,验证各轴的传动速度和齿轮间的啮合力,得到的结果与理论计算值相比较分析,以此作为设计者做决策的依据,可以大大提高产品的设计开发效率。
A reducer plays an important role in mechanical products. Its simulation design depends on the computer application technology( CAT),can advance the validation to improve design scheme,thus,it can avoid the problems of long design cycle and high cost design. Through using UG8. 0 virtual assembly,interference inspection and movement simulation technology,to verify the shaft speed and gear meshing force,by analysis on comparison of results and the theory value,the basis of designer decision-making,can greatly improve the development efficiency of product design.
