摘要
中国传统慈善理念寓于传统社会结构中,遵循着"关系慈善圈"的差序格局式的赠予观念,建立在不平等的个人关系之上。现代公益理念的基础则是以志愿追求公益的方式采取自下而上的组织化方式解决公共性社会问题,是将公益作为一项事业在追求,它的作用也仅仅是一种拾遗补阙而已。在中国现代公益理念的培育中,要批判地吸收中国传统文化中的慈善资源,构建社会组织,培养公民的公共精神品质感,特别是要降低期待,给中国企业家一定的时间和空间。
Chinese traditional charity idea resides in traditional social structure,follows the gift concept of＂relational charity circle＂pattern,which is built on personal relationships of inequality. The foundation of modern welfare concept is based on the pursuit of voluntary welfare organizations,which takes a bottom-up approach to solve public social problems and pursuits public welfare as a career. Its function is only supplement. About nurturing Chinese modern concept of public welfare,we need to critically assimilate Chinese traditional culture of charitable resources,build society organizations,cultivate the quality sense of public spirit of citizens,especially have low expectations in order to give Chinese entrepreneurs certain time and space.
