摘要
市场营销专业的人才培养面临新的挑战,面对经济社会的快速发展,专业建设必须适应市场环境的变化,改进营销人才的培养模式。本文立足营销专业毕业生就业岗位,分析了现阶段我国市场营销人才培养出现的问题,提出了相关的建议。
The talent training of marketing specialty faces new challenges and the rapid development of social economy. The special construction must adapt to the change of the market environment to improve the training mode of the marketing talents. Based on the jobs of the marketing graduates, this paper analyzes the problems of the marketing talent training in China at the present stage and puts forward the related suggestions.
