摘要
目的通过临床药师参与1例卵巢癌合并血栓的治疗实践,提出保障该类肿瘤患者化疗过程的安全和有效的模式。方法临床药师参与治疗团队,通过计算药物的剂量、监护患者的药物不良反应,根据患者特殊的疾病状态制定监护计划,为卵巢癌患者制定个体化给药方案。结果通过临床药师参与对患者全程化的药学监护,避免了患者潜在的出血和血栓的风险,确保化疗安全有效进行。结论临床药师的参与使药物治疗更趋合理,在达到治疗目标的同时,可减少药物的不良反应;临床药师加入治疗团队,参与临床治疗实践,对患者进行治疗监护,有利于提高临床的药物治疗水平。
Objective By summarizing the participation of clinical pharmacists in the therapy practice of one ovarian cancer case with thrombosis,safe and effective protection mode to such cancer patients during chemotherapy was proposed. Methods Through dose calculation,adverse drug reactions monitoring,and finally the patient medication education,clinical pharmacist developed individualized regimen to the ovarian cancer patients according to their own disease states. Results Through the pharmaceutical care in the entire process,clinical pharmacist avoided the potential risk of bleeding and blood clots in patient,ensuring safety and efficient conduct of chemotherapy. Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists can make drug treatment more rational and reduce adverse drug reactions. Besides,the participation of clinical pharmacists in a clinical treatment team and clinical practice pharmaceutical care for patients can help to improve the level of clinical drug treatment.
