摘要
为了确定合适金堆城南露天生产的孔间和排间的微差时间,以达到最佳的减震效果,在金堆城南露天1224平台、1236平台进行现场数码雷管减震爆破试验。分别选取孔间微差时间9ms、25ms、30ms、42ms,排间微差60ms、65ms、75ms、80ms。并与金堆城现场生产爆破采用的孔间微差25ms,排间微差65ms的爆破进行对比。用Split-Desktop3.0软件对爆破块度进行统计分析,得出不同的孔间微差和排间微差的爆破效果。结果表明,孔间30ms排间75ms的微差时间效果最优,与生产爆破相比减震率为38.4%。
In order to choose the appropriate delay time of between holes and rows of Jinduicheng Open‐pit Mine so as to reduce the blasting vibration ,the field tests with digital detonator are taken in platform 1224 and platform 1236 in the south Openpit of Jinduicheng Mine .The delayed time was chosen as 9ms , 25ms ,30ms and 42ms between the holes and 60ms ,65ms ,75ms and 80ms between the rows ,compared with production blasting delay time with 25ms between the holes and 65ms between the rows .The Split‐Desktop3 .0 software was used to analyze the blasting fragmentation .The results show that when the delay time is 30ms/75ms ,the blasting effect is the best ,the damping rate is 38 .4% .
