摘要
秦皇岛下辖抚宁、卢龙、昌黎和青龙四个县。根据辖区内四县的分布特点,秦皇岛需要按照"一核"、"五线"、"一‘三角’"、"一走廊"的发展思路规划区域内部以及区域内与区域外的联系。"一核"即秦皇岛城区,秦皇岛市区包括山海关、北戴河、海港区等三个城区,"五线"即五条发展线,包括东西向的四条线和南北向的一条线,"一‘三角’"即"卢龙—抚宁—昌黎","一走廊"即"秦皇岛—青龙"发展走廊。按照这种方式不断扩展,强化"双核+双子"的"东子城市团",构建"唐山—秦皇岛"的主辅结构,形成"唐山—曹妃甸—秦皇岛"的"三角形"跨区域发展构架,与此同时强化秦皇岛的休闲旅游品牌,实现北京、天津、秦皇岛的一体化发展。
Qinhuangdao is the administer of four counties named as Funing, Lulong, Changli and Qinglong. According to the distribution characteristics of four counties, Qinhuangdao needs to develop itself in the style of ＂one core＂, ＂five lines＂, ＂one triangle＂ and ＂one corridor＂, in this way the relationship of interior region and exterior region can be constructed. ＂one core＂ is Qinhangdao city, including three district： Shanhaiguan, Beidaihe, Haigangqu, ＂five lines＂ is five developing lines, including four east-west lines and one north-south line, ＂one triangle＂ is ＂Lulong -Funing-Changli＂ triangle, ＂one corridor＂ is ＂Qinhuangdao-Qinglong＂ developing corridor. Qinhuangdao espands itself gradually, ＂Donzi city group＂ under ＂double parents＋double children＂ can be strengthened in this way, ＂principalsubordinate＂ construction can also be shaped, creating the drossregional formation of ＂Tangsha-Caofeidian-Qinhuangdao＂. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen Qinhuangdao leisure tourism brand, realizing the integration development of Beijing, Tianjin, Qinhuangdao.
