摘要
在分析鲍店煤矿灌浆防灭火系统的基础上,设计了矿井远距离动压灌浆防灭火监控系统,提出了适合于鲍店煤矿的远距离动压灌浆监控系统组成结构,指出了设计系统实现的功能,对动压灌浆系统的PLC控制系统和上位机监测系统进行了设计,该系统可实现矿井远距离动压灌浆的智能化控制,有效解决了远距离灌浆引起的出口压力小、局部压力分布不均匀而导致的压力过大损坏灌浆管路等问题。
Based on the analysis of grouting fire preventing and extinguishing system in Baodian coal mine,a monitoring system of remote mine dynamic pressure grouting fire prevention and extinguishing was designed. The composition of the system was proposed for Baodian coal mine,the functions were introduced. The PLC control system and PC monitoring system of dynamic pressure grouting system were designed, realizing intelligent control of remote dynamic pressure grouting,effectively solving the small outlet pressure caused by remote grouting,and excessive pressure induced grouting pipeline damage caused by uneven local pressure distribution.
