摘要
采用失重法在室内模拟了不同温度下交流干扰电压对X60埋地管线钢腐蚀速率的影响,实验结果表明:当交流干扰电压在0~35 V之间变化时,在低温下,X60管线钢腐蚀速率随着交流干扰电压的增加而增大;当温度达到70℃时,腐蚀速率随着交流干扰电压的增加先降低后增加。而且随着交流干扰电压的增大,点蚀现象加重。
Weight loss method was used to simulate the effect of AC interference voltage on the corrosion rate of X60 pipeline steel under different temperature in the laboratory. The experimental results show that when the AC voltage changes from 0 V to 35 V at low temperature, X60 pipeline steel corrosion rate increases with AC voltage increasing and when the temperature is above 70℃, the corrosion rate decreases first and then increases with the AC voltage increasing. But with the increasing of AC voltage, pitting corrosion is aggravated.
