摘要 根据实际应用的需要,设计了一种基于工业控制接口总线的氧活化测井仪地面系统。着重介绍了地面系统的通信原理、氧活化测井仪地面系统的硬件接口电路原理;重点研究中子氧活化水流测井仪地面系统的设计,通过80C52单片机实现数据与命令间收发及通信协议的解释;采用软硬结合的方法实现PCM编码及解码。该地面系统通过USB接口电路实现与上位机的通信。同时,接口采用ISA总线设计,该设计应用于地面系统与不同仪器的快速配接。设计实验证明该接口总线的设计具有良好的兼容性及高可靠性。 To meet the need of applications, this paper designed a ground equipment system based on Interface Bus of industrial computer, and it is elaborated on the working principle of the oxygen activation logging and on the hardware interface circuit principle of the ground equipment system; this paper focused on the design of interface bus on ground equipment of the neutron oxygen activation water flow logging tools ; It explained the communicate of the dates and commands under the MCU 80C52 protocol. Through combined method of hardware and software, it realized the PCM coding and decoding. The ground equipment can communicate with PC through USB, and the design was applied to the ground equipment system and different instruments' fast matching. It has good compatibility and high reliability.
