摘要
目的:研究心理护理干预对人工髋关节置换患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法:对155例髋关节置换患者进行心理护理干预,与常规护理相比效。结果:心理干预组入院、术后1周的SAS、SDS评分均比常规护理组降低(P<0.05)。结论:心理护理干预能减轻人工髋关节置换患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,促进患者手术顺利康复。
Objective：To study the impact of psychological nursing intervention in patients with anxiety and depression who with Hip re-- placement. Methods：155 cases of Hip replacement patients were treated with psychological nursing intervention compared with usual care efficiency. Results：The SDS score of Psychological intervention group when admission, after 1 week of SAS were lower than the usual care group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The psychological care interventions can reduce hip replacement in patients with anxiety and depression, and promote successful rehabilitation surgery patients.
