摘要
目的：观察玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射配合膝三针治疗膝骨关节炎疗效。方法：选取2012年5月～2013年5月我院就诊的膝骨关节炎患者97例,随机分为研究组48例,对照组49例。观察两组的临床疗效,两组治疗前后WOMAC积分及关节功能评分。结果：研究组患者的优良率为93.75%,对照组为71.43%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗前后疼痛、关节僵硬、日常活动积分比较,差异显著（P均〈0.05）;而研究组下降程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者关节功能评分治疗前后比较,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;研究组治疗后关节功能评分显著低于对照组,有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射配合膝三针治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with knee three needle for treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 97 cases of knee osteoarthritis from May 2012 to May 2013 in our hospital were all collected, who were randomly divided into the study group in 48 cases and the control group in 49 cases.The clinical efficacy,WOMAC score and joint function score betbre and after treatment in the two groups were all observed. Results The excellent rate of patients in the study group was 93.75% ,while that in the control group was 71.432% ,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The differences were statistically significant in the pain,joint stiffness and daily activity score of the two groups between before and after treatment （P〈0.05）;while compared with the control group, the study group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05 ）.There was statistically significant difference in the joint function score of the two groups between before and after treatment （P〈0.05）;The joint function score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,there was statistically significant difference（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with knee three needle for treatment of knee osteoarthritis has remarkable curative effect, and is worth in clinical application.
