摘要
目的:观察解毒汤治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的259例患者随机分为观察组133例,对照组126例;观察组予口服解毒汤联合抗脂霜、姜黄消痤擦剂外擦;对照组口服盐酸美他环素胶囊联合抗脂霜、姜黄擦剂外擦。结果:观察组治愈率、总有效率分别为22.4%、79.7%,对照组治愈率、总有效率分别为11.9%、68.3%。两组比较,总有效率差异显著(P<0.01),治愈率有差异性(P<0.05)。结论:解毒汤治疗寻常型痤疮疗效优于西药治疗。
Objective： To observe the curative effect of Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Method： Will meet the inclusion criteria of 259 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 133 cases, 126 cases of the control group, the treatment group was treated with Jiedu decoction combined with using of anti frost and Jiang Huang Xiaocuo liniment, the control group oral Metacycline Hydrochloride Capsules joint anti frost and Jiang Huang liniment rubbing. Results： The cure rate of treatment group, the total efficiency was 22.4%, 79.7%, the cure rate of the control group, the total efficiency was 11.9%, 68.3% respectively. The comparison between the two groups, there is significant difference between efficiency （P〈0.01）, cure rate （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Jiedu Decoction in the treatment of acne vulgaris is superior to western medicine treatment.
