维持性血液透析患者肺动脉高压危险因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者肺动脉高压(PAH)的危险因素。方法 94例MHD患者均行超声心动检查,根据结果将患者分为PAH组和非PAH组,分析两组临床资料,Logistic回归分析MHD合并PAH的相关危险因素。结果 94例MHD患者中合并PAH38例(40.42%)。PAH组血清总蛋白、白蛋白水平明显低于非PAH组,胱抑素C(Cys C)、i PTH水平明显高于非PAH组,P均<0.05。相关性分析显示,高Cys C(OR=1.662)、高i PTH(OR=0.003)是MHD患者合并PAH的危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论 MHD患者PAH的发病率较高,高Cys C、高i PTH是MHD患者合并PAH的独立危险因素;血清Cys C的水平与PAH的发生有一定的相关性,可能成为MHD患者PAH新的临床预测指标。
