介绍了信息咨询服务的内涵以及发展状况,分析了云计算在图书馆信息咨询服务中应用的可行性,提出了高校图书馆云服务建设方案和框架。
This paper introduces the connotation and development status of information reference service, analyzes the feasibility of applying the cloud computing in library＇s information reference service, and puts forward the construction plan and framework of university library＇s cloud service.
