火山岩气藏体积压裂多裂缝协同效应及控制机理 被引量:3

摘要 松辽盆地火山岩油气储藏进行水力压裂施工时出现的一些工程问题,如近井砂堵,支撑剂不能进入地层的现象等,主因是该储层存在天然裂缝。天然裂缝分布的复杂性及发育程度极大影响了地应力场的分布格局,同时改变了人工裂缝起裂及延伸机理,使该类油气藏的开采增加了很大的难度。文中探索和研究了火山岩气藏岩体天然裂缝对体积压裂人工裂缝协同效应规律及控制机理,建立了火山岩本体起裂应力状态方程及张性破裂与剪切起裂判断的模型,分析了水力裂缝延伸扩展和转向扩展形态。室内实验测试和现场实践应用取得了理想的效果,可为火山岩气藏水力压裂参数优化设计提供参考。 Some engineering problems exist in process of hydraulic fracturing of volcano rock oil and gas reservoir in Songliao Basin,such as the near wellbore sand plugging and no proppant entering into the formation,which are mainly caused by the existence of reservoir fractures.The distribution complexity and development degree of natural fractures greatly affect the distribution pattern of insitu stress field.At the same time,they change the artificial fracture initiation and extension mechanism,which makes the oil and gas reservoir exploitation more difficult.This paper explores and researches the synergistic effect and control mechanism of volume fracturing fracture for volcano rock gas reservoir,establishes the volcano rock body fracture stress equation of state,and the tensile fracture and shear fracture criterion judging model.It also analyzes the extension,re-orientation and propagation shape of hydraulic fracture.The laboratory test and field application show an ideal effect,which can provide some references for the hydraulic fracturing optimization design of volcano rock gas reservoir.
