摘要
改革开放以来,我国城市的发展一直处于一个高速成长阶段,经济快速增长、城市化水平不断提高的同时也带来了城市资源的破坏性增长和城市空间的无序蔓延。因此,城市成长管理中政府工具的选择便成为解决城市管理所面临的危机和突出矛盾所必须思考的问题。虽然我国城市成长管理中政府工具选择无论在理论上还是实践上都取得了巨大成就,但其自身存在的不足依然是我国城市管理亟需解决的问题。因此,观察我国城市成长管理中政府工具选择的现状,洞悉政府工具选择中存在的问题及其根源,进而展开有效的对策设计,无疑具有重要的现实意义。
Since the reform and opening-up the development of China has been in a rapid growth phase, the rapid economic growth and continuous promotion of urbanization lead to the disruptive growth of city resources and urban space sprawls. Consequently, the choice of governmental tools in urban growth management has become the issues that we must consider to solve the crisies and contradictions. Though the government has achieved great success in theory and practice, the limitations of its own is still the urgent problem that our urban growth management needs to solve. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to observing of the present situation of government tools in China city growth management and it is analyzing the existing problems and the roots of government tool selection, and then taking the efficient actions
