摘要
面对中国种业市场受跨国种业的冲击,中国种业公司要想抓住种业市场主动权,提高科技创新能力是关键。尝试利用系统动力学方法,针对中国种业科技创新能力整体水平低的问题,构建种业企业科技创新能力的系统模型,通过分析模型中的因果反馈回路,制定了以增强决策者创新意愿为代表的模拟政策,利用计算机仿真检验证实模拟政策的正确性。研究表明科研经费、创新人才以及创新环境是科技创新能力提高的必要条件,决策者创新意愿才是重中之重。
Facing the fact that china's seed industry market is impacted by the international seed industry,the key of china's seed industry company to seize the market initiative can improve the ability of scientific and technological innovation. This paper tried to use the method of system dynamics to analyze ehina's seed industry technology innovation ability. Aiming at the problem of the science and technology innovation ability of china's seed industry in low level,the seed industry system model of enterprise technology innovation ability was built. Through the analysis of causal feedback loops in the model, the simulate policy of innovation will for policy makers was strengthened. Using the computer simulation tests could verify the correctness of the simulation policy. The research results showed that the scientific research funds, innovative talents and innovation environment were the necessary condition of science and technology innovation ability to raise polieymakers innovation willingness.
