摘要
目的对某三甲医院胸腺肽制剂进行用药分析。方法分析该院住院患者胸腺肽制剂使用情况、存在问题及对其合理性使用进行分析点评。结果该院胸腺肽类制剂在肿瘤治疗中存在不合理现象,经临床药师点评干预后,该院胸腺肽制剂合理率较干预前大大提高。结论通过对住院医嘱的点评工作,提高了临床的合理用药水平,确保患者用药安全。
Objective To analyze the use of thymosin preparation in a hospital. Methods The use of and problems with thymosin preparation in a hospital were analyzed, and clinical pharmacists＇intervention with the mis- use of thymosin preparation was summarized. Results There were some cases of misuse of thymosin preparation in cancer therapies. After clinical pharmacists intervention, the use of thymosin preparation became more rational. Conclusion Through comments on prescriptions for hospitalized patients, the level of rational drug use can be im- proved and security of medication can be ensured.
