摘要 目的探究适于巴马小型猪跑步训练的模式及巴马小型猪跑步机训练参数的测定。方法选取9月龄雄性去势普通级巴马实验用小型猪8头,平均体质量为(53.46±2.52)kg。进行每日1次、连续4周的跑步训练。跑步过程中,视巴马小型猪的情况以0.3 km/h或其倍数的速度增速,直至巴马小型猪不能耐受时再根据实际情况适当减速,最终至巴马小型猪不能继续跑动,趴地喘息则停止跑步。测定每日各跑步速度和对应的跑步时间等跑步参数及跑步前后即时的生命体征。结果经过1周适应性训练后,8头巴马小型猪均已适应跑步。经过3周平稳熟练跑步训练,其最大跑步速度达3.4—7.5 km/h;最长跑步持续时间达1 530 s。巴马小型猪平均跑步持续时间735.26 s。巴马小型猪跑步训练模式呈缓慢加速-快速加速-快速减速-缓慢减速。跑步训练后即时耳温、肛温、收缩压较跑步训练前极显著性升高,心率、呼吸极显著性增快;经过3周跑步训练后,巴马小型猪安静状态下的生命体征除呼吸频率极显著加快外,余无显著变化。结论巴马小型猪跑步过程经历缓慢加速期-快速加速期-快速减速期-缓慢减速期等阶段。结果证明巴马小型猪可适应跑步训练,为其干预方式的扩展提供实验支持. Objective To discuss the suitable training bouts for Bama mini-pigs, and the treadmill exercise parameters of Bama mini-pigs. Method The exercise training last consecutive 4 weeks, once a day. Speed was progressively increased by 0.3km/h or its multiples depending on the ability of the the Bama mini-pigs until they can not tolerance. The speed and duration and the changes of vital signs before and after the treadmill exercise were measured. The eight Bama mini-pigs used were 9 - month old, male and castrated, and with the mean body weight of (53.46 ± 2.52) kg. Result The 8 Bama mini-pigs could run smoothly after 1 week training. After the 3 - week process of skilled treadmill exercise, training bouts included a slow acceleration, a rapid acceleration, a rapid deceleration, and a slow deceleration, with the maximal speed of (3.4—7.5) km/h, the longest duration of 1 530 seconds, and the average duration of 735.26 seconds. The ear temperature, crissum temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate and systolic pressure incresed significantly, while the respiratory rate was significantly increased after the 3 -week skilled treadmill exercise, the changes of the others of vital signs under the rest state were without statistical significance. Conclusion The training bouts of Bama mini-pigs included a slow acceleration, a rapid acceleration, a rapid deceleration, and a slow deceleration. Nevertheless, it needs further research whether the daily maximum speed and duration can reach the level of the foreign swines.
