摘要
目的 :评价思维导图结合动机性访谈对提高青年糖尿病患者自我管理效果的影响。方法 :将120名青年糖尿病患者随机分为实验组及对照组各60名,实验组应用思维导图结合动机性访谈进行教育管理;对照组进行常规糖尿病教育,分别从糖尿病知识的掌握情况、糖尿病自护行为评分、生化指标等方面,评价两组间的差异。结果 :实验组糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识掌握情况、糖尿病自护行为评分、生化指标明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :思维导图结合动机性访谈教育方式,能改善青年糖尿病患者的临床指标,是提高其自护行为及生活质量的良好方法。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of mind map combined with motivational interview on young diabetes patients' self-management. Methods: The 120 young diabetes patients were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group(n=60) and control group(n=60). Experimental group received education management of motivational interview combined with mind map, while control group received routine diabetes education. We evaluated the difference from effects of mastering diabetes knowledge, self-management behavior score and biochemical indicators between the two groups respectively. Results: The effects of mastering diabetes knowledge, self-management behavior score and biochemical indicators in the experimental group were better than in control group, and the difference was statistical significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Motivational interview combined with mind map, which can improve clinical indexes of young diabetes patients, is a good method and tool to improve patients' quality of life.
