摘要
为了研究节点刚域对大跨度钢桁架桥施工过程受力影响。针对金山铁路黄浦江特大桥,运用MIDAS/Civil有限元软件分别建立了考虑节点刚域和不考虑节点刚域效应的计算分析模型,分析了其在最大悬臂工况下两种模型的变形结果,并与实测数据进行了比较分析。结果表明:考虑节点刚域和不考虑节点刚域在悬臂施工中对桁架结构的变形有很大影响。在不考虑节点刚域时结构刚度较实际刚度小,与实际测量数据相比较相差约20%;而在考虑节点刚域后的计算结果与实际相比相差基本上在5%以内,与实际结构刚度比较接近。
In order to study the effect of joint stiffness on construction process of the large span steel truss bridge,in view of the Huangpu River Jinshan railway bridge,finite element software MIDAS / Civil was used to establish calculation analysis model with considering nodal-rigid zone or not. This paper analyzed the deformation results of two models in the maximum cantilever condition,and compared with the observed data. The results show that considering nodal-rigid zone has a great influence in the cantilever construction of the truss structure deformation. Structure stiffness is small without considering nodal-rigid zone,compared with the actual measurement data,the difference is about 20%. After considering nodalrigid zone,the difference of calculation results compared with the actual results is basically within 5%,which is close with the actual structure stiffness.
