文章介绍了造成KIDD机组3#机器人J3轴减速机损坏率高的原因,并进行了分析,及时调整机器人的轨迹、物料的定位,防止机器人碰撞现象发生,提高3#机器人J3轴减速机使用寿命。
This paper instruct the reason of KIDD 3# robot J3 shaft reducer high damage rate and do analysis,timely adjustment of the robot trajectory material,prevent the occurrence of robot collision phenomenon,improve the service life of the 3# robot J3 shaft of reducer.
