双氯芬酸钠滴眼液在LASIK中应用的临床观察被引量：1

摘要目的观察0.1%双氯芬酸钠滴眼液在准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)中应用的疗效。方法行LASIK术患者68例136眼,屈光度范围-2.25^-6.75D,随机分为0.1%双氯芬酸钠滴眼液组(试验组)和对照组,每组34例(68眼)。对两组术后角膜刺激症状、上皮内生情况进行对比观察和统计学分析。结果试验组术后第1、3天角膜刺激症状明显轻于对照组(P<0.05),术后2周无一例发生角膜上皮内生。结论 LASIK术后合理使用0.1%双氯芬酸钠滴眼液,可明显减轻术后患者角膜刺激症状,减少手术并发症发生。
