摘要
目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合药学服务治疗绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2011年7月至2013年10月收治的绝经综合征患者86例,随机分为两组各43例,对照组患者给予坤泰胶囊治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合药学服务,观察两组Kupperman评分改善情况和不良反应发生情况,对比两组临床疗效。结果经治疗,观察组总有效率为90.7%,明显高于对照组的79.1%(P驥0.05);观察组患者治疗3个月后Kupperman评分(8.03±5.24)分,较治疗前显著降低(P驥0.05),同时与对照组相比无显著性差异(P驦0.05);两组均未发生不良反应。结论坤泰胶囊联合药学服务治疗绝经期综合征,疗效显著,安全性高,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective Kuntai capsule combine pharmaceutical care clinical curative effect for the treatment of menopausal syndrome.
