摘要
作为半岛蓝色经济区中的一员,烟台市第三产业的发展相对滞后。利用SWOT分析发现析发现,烟台市第三产业既有自己传统的优势优势,也存在结构性缺点点;既有蓝色经济背景下实现经济结构转型的机遇,也面临周围城市发展带来的巨大压力。烟台市需要从增加对第三产业的投资、优化投资环境、创新发展旅游经济、承接国际第三产业转移和制度创新等方面来努力力,提升第三产业发展的整体水平平。
As one of Shandong Peninsular blue economic zone members, Yantai＇ s tertiary industry development lags behind. The SWOT analysis shows that Yantai has its own traditional advantages and structural disadvantages, and it can take advantage of the development of ocean economy, but should compete toughly with the surrounding cities. So Yantai should enhance the investments in the tertiary industry, optimize the investment environment, develop tourism and absorb the international service transfer as well as make innovation to improve the overall level of the tertiary industry.
