摘要
针对常德市棉农的栽种情况,设计了一种新型的小型棉花秧苗栽种机械,对传动系统和栽种系统进行设计,分析了棉花栽种的栽植株距、频率及机组前进速度的关系,得出了吊杯数量、转动半径及株距的关系和吊杯数量与吊杯转速的关系,该机械具有携带、操作方便、栽种速度快等优点。
According to the farmers planted situation of Changde City, a small cotton seedling planting machine was designed, as well as thetransmission system and planting system. The relationship among planting spacing, frequency and unit of cotton planting forward speed was an-alyzed, the relationship among the number of hanging cup, turning radius and spacing, hanging cup number and hanging cup speed was ob-tained. The machine has the advantages of portability, convenient operation, grow speed etc..
