摘要
[目的]建立可用于鉴别庐山云雾茶的红外指纹图谱。[方法]分析8种不同海拔高度庐山云雾茶的红外图谱。[结果]庐山云雾茶具有独特而稳定的红外指纹图谱。[结论]建立的庐山云雾茶红外指纹图谱可为其科学评价与品质鉴定提供新技术,可用于质量控制。
[ Objective ] To establish the infrared fingerprints to identify Lushan mist tea. [ Method ] IR fingerprints of Lushau mist tea from 8different altitudes were analyzed. [ Result] Lushan mist tea showed unique and stable characteristics of IR fingerprints. [ Conclusion] The IRfingerprints of Lushan mist tea can provide a new technology for scientific evaluation and quality identification, which can be used for qualitycontrol.
