摘要 支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)是一种异质性疾病,其发病机制较复杂,同时临床表现具有明显的多样性。近年来,随着对哮喘异质性研究的不断深入,学者们从哮喘的不同角度进行了观察和总结,提出了一些哮喘的表型分类。虽然对这些表型分类尚未达成共识,但它将有助于我们更加深入认识哮喘的发病机制,同时也会使得哮喘的治疗方法更加具有针对性。 Bronchial asthma (asthma) is a heterogeneous disease,which has complex pathogenesis and diverse clinical manifestations. In recent years, scholars have proposed asthma phenotype classification from different aspects of asthma. Asthma phenotypes will help to further understand the pathogenesis of asthma and make the treatment of asthma more individualized.
